The result was wasted labor, margin erosion, and an unpredictable sales pipeline.

Built a multi-step public wizard using visual sizing proxies to generate instant price ranges while enforcing pricing rules. Architected a real-time pricing engine combining base trip charges, service multipliers, size factors, and story height logic to standardize estimates. Developed a secured Admin Control Room where operators modify pricing, multipliers, and system behavior without touching code. Implemented a structured lead pipeline with statuses, bulk actions, CSV export, and Zapier webhooks to connect estimates directly into downstream CRM workflows. Deployed platform-level security including role-based access control, rate limiting, input sanitization, XSS protection, and a global kill-switch. But the real breakthrough came during development. The wizard self-filters low-intent prospects, enforces pricing consistency, and captures high-intent leads with structured data before sales engagement. Sales conversations now begin with pre-qualified customers, standardized pricing context, and automation-ready lead records. The workflow innovation was even more significant: Claude Code added 386 lines of comprehensive error handling across 5 critical files in just 1 hour for $0.50 in API tokens - work that would typically cost $400-800 in developer time. This includes network retry logic, graceful degradation when services fail, and user-friendly error messages that prevent lead loss.

Designed and built a full-stack AI content engine using Next.js and Node.js. Integrated Google Gemini API for text generation and a separate image API. I focused on 'Production Hardening'—moving beyond local development to solve strict serverless runtime constraints. This involved refactoring crashing logic (Rate Limiters), resolving complex CORS conflicts between Middleware and API routes, and debugging strict environment variable configurations.
